Our instructor has fulfilled the qualifications required to carry out the role of an accredited driver trainer for heavy vehicle classes LR through to MC. We also meet Queensland Transports Q-SAFE testing standards and the statutory conditions of accreditation for driver trainers (including the Code of Conduct) as well as up to date with the legislations of the various States and Territories road rules.

Our instructor also holds a construction industry Blue/White Card and licenses in Traffic Control, Forklift, Dogging, Elevated Work Platform, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Dozer, Skid Steer Loader, Front End Loader, Excavator, Backhoe, Height Safety and Install Batt Insulation Products. Comprehensive training courses

There is much more to driving a truck than just sitting behind the drivers wheel admiring the scenery. We will actually take you through, step by step, from pre-departure inspections, coupling and uncoupling of trailers, defensive driving techniques, the reversing of rigids, HC and MC vehicles, through to vehicle shut down and post departure inspections. We can even refresh your memory on the road rules, heaven knows, we all get a little complacent after we pass our driving test and we sometimes need just a little reminder to adjust our attitudes on the roads.

We specialise in all gearbox types, automatics, synchronised and non synchronised (road ranger, spicer). And as an accredited heavy vehicle driver trainer we can deliver the competency based assessment to advance your drivers from HC (Heavy Combination) to MC (Multi-Combination).
